Our digital portal is designed to give you full control over your mental health journey. Once logged in, you can:

  • Manage Appointments: View, schedule, or reschedule your upcoming sessions.

  • Secure Messaging: Send direct, encrypted messages to Connor Rezzonico, PMHNP.

  • Billing & Payments: Access your statements, pay balances, and manage saved payment methods.

  • Health Records: View clinical summaries, lab results, and shared educational resources.

Getting Started

  • Returning Patients: Simply click the button above and log in using the email address provided during your intake.

  • New Patients: Portal access is by invitation only. You will receive a secure registration link via email following your initial consultation and screening.

  • Technical Support: If you are locked out, please use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
